Here are some common Questions our Customers might ask:

  • How did you get to where you are now in your industry? Tell us a bit of your story.

My interest in the water flood industry began out of high school when I was brought from a friend to work with him doing mold remediation at a company. At first I didn't think much of this type of work, after all I was advise that it was hard labor work and sometimes it can be dangerous to work with hazardous materials. I didn't see myself doing this for long. When I saw the damage that water and mold can do to a home I was amazed. Then to find out that this also affects people's health..I looked at it like a disease and I was in the process of going into the medical field. After years of working in this field I had the satisfaction of being the hero when it comes to disasters and how I helped people to move forward with these problems. It's more than business, it's a relationship that I have with my customers that they can rely and trust me with their homes. I am their Paramedic of their home.

  • What are the most common jobs you do for your customers?

Anything that has to do with water damage, flood damage, odor problems, fire damage, and mold damage

  • What is your pricing? / How do you establish pricing for your work?

We use a Nationwide approved Insurance Price List (Xactimate) to ensure all pricing are not altered and only charge the services provided

  • Describe a recent project / job you did. What was the job? How did you go about it? How much did it cost? How long did it take?

This recently job was from a customer that just wanted an estimate of the water damage that his toilet had caused. Upon arrival I briefly explained the areas damaged and also to be aware of the safety procedures for example to test for asbestos due to the property was built in the 1970's. He liked the sincere and the commitement we showed and did the job. Job took about 5 days and we billed his insurance directly. It was around $3600

  • How do you stay up-to-date on the latest developments in your field?

We make sure we have the latest technology of equipment to do our job

  • What makes your work different from others in your industry? What are you most proud of about your work?

I have worked in franchise Restoration companies as well as large independent well know companies. Since they have a larger volume of employees and receive x amount of jobs per month guaranteed makes it hard for them to oversee and manage crew and jobs accordingly. Our attention to detail to our customers is our priority from the 1st phone call we make. Most of the companies i worked for didn't follow our industry standard and I'm proud that we follow every step of the guidelines because that's how it should be.

  • Do you do custom jobs? If so, describe your process when it comes to understanding your customer's needs and forming a plan together.

We always recommend to follow the standard. But sometimes cost affects doing it the right way. If the customer insist of deviating from the standard and asks doing what they think its right, yes we proceed and have a hold harmless sign before we begin.

  • What do you like most about your work?

The relationship we have with our customers. We get a lot of happy customers that refers us to their family and friends

  • What are the questions your customers ask you the most? What is your response?

What are the dangers of mold? I show them a video that talks about mold

  • What do you wish your customers knew more about your industry?

The dangers of water intrusion, mold and secondary damage

  • Do you have any advice for customers looking to hire a pro like you?

Don't just hire a handyman, hire an Xpert
